Many people do not realize that they are eligible for Social Security Disability and Medicare. PCG can help.

If you are under age 65, a Trust member, surviving spouse or an eligible dependent, call today. PCG mails letters to our Trust members and their eligible dependents to let them know they may be eligible for these benefits.

Pursuing Social Security Disability and Medicare is completely your decision. It is our intent to simply offer a free service to assist members with this process.

If eligible, these benefits may provide you with additional income from Social Security and additional health care benefits available through Medicare. Your eligibility for medical benefits provided through the Trust will continue as it does today. Once enrolled in Medicare, Medicare will become the primary payer for your health care claims, and the Trust will pay your claims as the secondary payer as we do for all Medicare eligible members. This offers additional services to you and provides a mutual benefit for the Trust.
